I love this recipe. The pudding in them is the key to their fluffiness.
1 cup milk (70-80 degrees)
1/4 cup water (70-80 degrees)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Filling:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
In bread machine pan, place first nine ingredients in order. Select dough setting (check after 5 minutes; add 1-2 tablespoons water or flour if needed).
When cycle is done, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll into 17 in x 10 in rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up jelly-roll style. Cut into slices ( I wrap dental floss around it to cut it better). Place on a greased 13 in x 9 in baking pan. Cover and let rise until doubled-about 45 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and add some frosting.

I definately have to try these. I've never been able to make super good cinnamon rolls, even though I've tried..
Finally tried them on a day when Alan and Sarah had friends over. DELISH! Now every time those friends come over they ask me if I'm making cinnamon rolls again.
